3/19/2025 I went to the 3100 14th Street Northwest Washington DC branch to notarize a document . The manager was not helpful and essentially refuse to extend some basic courtesy to sign my document something that is standard by the bank policy, I found this is inappropriate, notary is a basic service that’s been provided by the bank and my experience. bank of America steals your money, they appeal for the everyday hustle to take a toll on you so when they over charge you "made a mistake" you say oh it is just a few cents, worth to tell, BofA never make a mistake of no charge you, it is always overcharge.
