Small bank with free parking in a lot including a few handicapped spots near the bank entrance. Inside bank area is clean. Has walk-up teller windows. Tellers are friendly and courteous. Private areas available to handle banking business with tellers. Deposit/ withdrawal slips made available for customer use at the counter by the customer waiting area. Had an appointment to open a credit card with Haydee. She was the most lovely banker I’ve ever met. She was clear & patient. Definitely one of the reason I would continue being a Bank of America client.

I became a victim of fraudsters. I was sent a check from (as it turned out later) an account that was closed and had no funds. bofa accepted the check, and only a week later they notified me that the check was not legit and that now I am obliged to pay off the debt with MY money. I contacted the police with a statement, there is a case now, there is the full name of the owner of the closed account from which I was issued an illegitimate check, and nevertheless the bank requests these funds from ME!
