Had a great experience today with Kye Lewis. Originally went in for an appointment with a different banker, but Kye was able to make time to help me out instead after the long wait I had. He was able to address all my inquiries in a fast and clear manner without it being too confusing or rushing me. Had a great chat as well. Very happy Kye went above and beyond to make things easy for me and would recommend him for help in the future
I had a nice experience at Bank of America downtown. I needed help setting up my digital wallet on the BoA app, and a bank representative named Len was very friendly, efficient, and professional in helping me set it up. I truly appreciated the high level of customer service.
Kye provided seamless service when I visited BoA to deposit a check. He was courteous, mindful, and easy to talk to.
It’s always a pleasure coming into this branch! It’s well-staffed, and handles business efficiently and without issues. The associate Gloria Flores is very helpful and pleasant to work with! Likewise, all the tellers and personnel are very helpful and kind.
