I went to this Bank of America branch to apply for a new credit card, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff, including Lin and the branch manager, were completely unhelpful and useless. They didn’t even know about the offer I asked about, and I had to fill out the entire application myself on my phone while they just sat there doing nothing.
