I've had constant issues with Bank of America generally, so it's not a huge surprise, but... I came in to close my account. Handed over my debit card AND my ID. I have the card locked because I missed at least one subscription when I originally planned to close the account and these guys mess around for half a week processing before you can go through and close out the account. Always my first choice although sometimes the ATMs get glitchy. I suppose all ATMs get glitchy sometimes. 🤔😉
