Always a challenge accessing this location. Inconsistent hours and personnel. Understaffed and team members are more interested in your departure rather than executing their role. Today I was unable to make a deposit due to an apparent staffing issue. A lot of miscommunication and excuses. I was told to “visit another branch and they can help.” As a platinum honors member I am looking to take my business to Chase. Very disappointing, especially in a prestigious area like marina del rey.

Dad died and it has been impossible to get into his safety box before they close it. They never answer the phone, customer service not helpful. They had closed early when I tried to come in to finally figure it all out. No idea what's in the box and no idea if I'll ever get it!
