Terrible experience with an international wire transfer. The funds were held because additional information was supposedly needed, yet no one ever contacted me to ask for it. Not a call, not an email, nothing. A one-minute phone call could have prevented this entire issue. Because of this lack of communication and lazy customer service, the wire was returned and fees were deducted by the receiving bank.
