Hello Everyone, I would like to say my experience at this Bank Of America Branch has been fantastic!! Taylor Kim And Ranger Garrison are fantastic and super nice!! They assisted me with my Business Banking needs and we are talking about future investments!!!!! I highly recommend visiting this Branch and saying Hello!!!!!!

I can't say I'm a big fan of Bank of America in general, but I will say that Taylor at this BofA branch was very helpful and attentive in helping me deal with a significant issue I was having with my business bank account. Without her help, I probably would have ended up just closing my account and looking elsewhere for my banking needs. Thank you Taylor.
Everytime I go here 5th ave location I leave stressed out they are so rude and snarky and suspicious of everything thing I say
As I’m standing here attempting to cash a check there in only one teller. All other employees are talking no one has addresses or spoken to me or even greeted me at all. The customer service was truly lacking. I needed to simply cash a check my parking expired while I was standing there leading to a parking ticket from PBOT.
