Never ever ever get a loan with Bank of America. They have terrible service, offer no options during a global pandemic for deferment even when they currently own your loan. The customer service agents won't let you speak with anyone else.Â

Tellers have a really difficult time with words and their meaningÂ
Went in to update account details around 1PM and all their bankers were on lunch and no one could help me. I would recommend staggering lunches so that your customers can be helped throughout the day.Â
