She processed everything quickly and accurately, and had a very pleasant and helpful demeanor throughout. It makes banking much easier when the staff is so capable. Highly recommended!"
Terrible customer service. I'd highly recommend having another teller or two on duty before a holiday weekend
On 2/11/25 I went here to payoff my auto loan and transfer title to another lender. Manager on duty processed my check, closed my account, and told me they didn't need the title transform form. Well, that was wrong. My new lender still has not received the title and I am now fighting with BoA corporate to get the title released appropriately. This all could have, and should have been avoided.
Jas was the sweetest person who helped me with fraud on my debit card. Very knowledgeable and smart. Would be in a lot of debt if not for her.
