I had a great experience at the Bank of America branch. Luc-Henri helped me a lot with opening my account. He was very patient and answered all my questions clearly. A couple of weeks ago I was rushing to get to the bank before it closed however, I miss the teller window. However, I did have a wonderful encounter with the bank manager, Ms. Bena who was very helpful. She showed me how to create my digital card in order to deposit money in the ATM as I did not have my actual debit card on me. From there, I was able to deposit my money and pay my bill.
