A couple of weeks ago I was rushing to get to the bank before it closed however, I miss the teller window. However, I did have a wonderful encounter with the bank manager, Ms. Bena who was very helpful. She showed me how to create my digital card in order to deposit money in the ATM as I did not have my actual debit card on me. From there, I was able to deposit my money and pay my bill. I had a great experience at the Bank of America branch today. Ms.Bena Master was incredibly efficient and professional while helping me with my transactions. She processed everything quickly and accurately, and had a very pleasant and helpful demeanor throughout. It makes banking much easier when the staff is so capable. Highly recommended!"
Terrible customer service. I'd highly recommend having another teller or two on duty before a holiday weekend
On 2/11/25 I went here to payoff my auto loan and transfer title to another lender. Manager on duty processed my check, closed my account, and told me they didn't need the title transform form. Well, that was wrong. My new lender still has not received the title and I am now fighting with BoA corporate to get the title released appropriately. This all could have, and should have been avoided.
