Woman was discriminatory towards my boyfriend refused to give me a roll of quarters told me I needed an account for a cash exchange. Any bank I’ve gone to for a roll of quarters never said I needed an account for a roll of quarters.
Horrible customer service in person!!! Don't bother coming to this bank just to ask a question. You will be approached by latina with an attitude (I'm latina too btw) who doesn't greet you and immediately tells you that if you do not have an appointment she cannot do anything for you ...NOT EVEN GIVE YOU A SIMPLE ANSWER. I have been a member for over 20 years but if this is how they represent my money, I will have to reconsider my options. Not the image of a Bank that I want to keep having.
Most bank I know is doing good customer service, I notice Several times I went to Bank of America different branch and on the phone they holding long time on branch & on phone making appointment for even to see customer service or get an another ATM CARD. Most bank give provide few minutes these service why just this Bank of America? So shame Bank of America still existing USA with this name and provide Americans worse customer service. Hope understand customers times values..
