Thieves. My grandfather died and my grandmother tried to retrieve the money and consolidate everything to one account. Each time she came they would send her with different paperwork. After the 4th time telling her she had the wrong paperwork (the bank physically handed it to her) my mother went with her. As soon as the process started, again for the 5th time they told her she had the wrong paperwork.
