Thieves. My grandfather died and my grandmother tried to retrieve the money and consolidate everything to one account. Each time she came they would send her with different paperwork. After the 4th time telling her she had the wrong paperwork (the bank physically handed it to her) my mother went with her. As soon as the process started, again for the 5th time they told her she had the wrong paperwork. What an awful experience of NO customer service. I set up an appointment with a banker and she called me to confirm, asking me to call back. I called back 4 times, including the time of my actual appointment and she never even called me back. Then I called the bank to reach her and it went into the main Bank of America phone bank, where you can wait on hold forever and it knows nothing about the North Beverly office. All the main number can say is to 'book an online appt'. What a joke. I don't even know how this office stays... read more
