Michelle Pompa is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I don’t recommend going to this branch.
The only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars was because the person who helped me initially was extremely kind. Otherwise, Fernando at the counter was not kind at all- in fact just stared at me judging and was even rude to the other person working at the bank. Fernando was unhelpful, unwilling and rude. Try to avoid getting that guy.
