Llegue a las 3:30 con mucha pena porque sabía que ya se acercaba la hora de cierre y sabía aparte que no tenía cita ( tenía muchas cosas en mi contra para que me atendieran ) . Was there two times because its nearest branch for me and both times the guy at the counter was not able and willing to help to perform simple transactions. If its not straightforward dont waste your time here.
