I was there not that long ago today, 10/23/2025, and the teller which i believe is also the manager (or made it seem like it was) was going off on a young lady that was doing her job, i overheard something about “too many money orders” which to my understanding is her job to take, after all that’s the purpose of the bank, i don’t think her telling her to go to another bank of america location is the right way of keeping clients… I felt bad for the young lady that was just trying to do her job and this mean “manager” was yell... read more
Estuve en este centro donde fui atendida con mucha desicasion por parte de los trabajadores. El muchacho q me atendio y ayudo abrir una cuenta nueva muy profesional Camilo, estoy agradecida por sus servicios y la forma en q lo ofrecen.
El día de ayer fui a esta agencia por dos problemas de mis tarjetas de débito . Llegue a las 3:30 con mucha pena porque sabía que ya se acercaba la hora de cierre y sabía aparte que no tenía cita ( tenía muchas cosas en mi contra para que me atendieran ) . Was there two times because its nearest branch for me and both times the guy at the counter was not able and willing to help to perform simple transactions. If its not straightforward dont waste your time here.
