The worst customer service is at the branch located on 37 ave NW 7 st. The waiting time is RIDICULOUS!

Worst Bank of America Service ever!!! Never Stop by on a Friday afternoon or stop to see a personal Banker. You'll be waiting for about an hour and not worth the wait whatsoever. Associates are rude.
