Over a month with no debit card. Almost 2 weeks waiting on the new shipped debit card. Bank of America is unorganized and a mess. They can’t properly deliver a debit card, but they want to charge you $15 to expedite a new one. Horrible customer service. No one has an answer or solution. A mess. Horribly ran business

Absolutely AMAZING service!! Came in for the first time today with a problem and Marcella was such an amazing help and just so sweet. I just changed banks to BOFA recently and this was an amazing first experience. Can’t believe I’m saying this but I can’t wait to go back lol
