No one works there. I came in at 10am and there was no banker in the building, only a teller who is unable to handle my request to close my account, and told me to instead call the help line. Meanwhile, Chase next door had multiple employees available, and their tellers can close accounts. What gives?
Very rude …moving to chase
My money was stolen by scammers. Instead of searching for the thieves, the bank demands money from me. Imagine that you were beaten by bandits on the street and the police, instead of catching the criminal, put you in jail! Where is it even possible that money is demanded from the victim? This is the worst bank!
