The staff here is always so friendly and helpful, making my banking experience enjoyable. I appreciate the efficiency and clean environment, although sometimes the wait can be a bit longer during peak hours. Overall, a solid place to manage my finances!
Great customer service and always a friendly atmosphere! I appreciate the helpful staff who really take the time to answer my questions. The only reason for not giving five stars is that sometimes the wait times can be a bit longer than I'd like.
Bad service from the general manager or the branch manager of the branch made it easy to make- up my mind to actually go to another business and open a bank account. I did have Emily to help me but she's the senior banker and she has the attitude I know everything but she cannot even print a document, she doesn't know how. even though other branches they did that's a bad thing to tell the client this branch is not recommended. Bad customer service.
Two trips to this branch amd I still couldn’t order foreign currency. First word out of every employee was to use the app or online banking. True but some of us choose not to use online banking. Teller told me to go home and call customer service. Nope- that was wrong. Returned the next day. Same urging to use the app. When I again said I wanted to order in person manager told me that even the he could not access the bank’s online system to assist me.
