Edwin Rodriguez, the manager is unfit to represent Bamk of America. I had a check written out to my middle name and last name and he told me to have the check signer rewrite the check to reflect my first name. I’ve cashed most of my checks using my middle name with no issues. I’ve been doing business with them for 26 years. I presented my driver’s license that reflects my legal middle name and the Bank of America records also reflect my legal middle name.
