You can walk in anytime of day there's eight people in line minimally and one teller.
This Bank of America branch has very poor service. Only one cashier was working, and she took a long time to help about 10 people. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes just to complete a simple transaction. The branch really needs to improve its customer service and staffing.
I am truly surprised by the condition of this Bank of America branch. From the moment you walk in, it is noticeably dirty and disorganized. The chairs are stained, and the overall lack of care and customer service is deeply disappointing. The staff treat clients as if they were just numbers—there is no greeting, no attempt to engage or understand the reason for your visit.
