I came in and dealt with associate. I'll see it 712 cashing. A small check on my break from my store. I work 5 minutes away from this Bank of America. And I will never be coming back because of the terrible customer service that I experienced in the 5 minutes of me dealing with you associate. It's horrible being a customer service representative. The customer service at this location is the worst!! Im ok with bofa in general but for some reason this location has the slowest amd most efficient personnel.
Bank was okay but there absolutely is not a drive through ATM here. EDIT: Now it seems that I've got a response from Bank of America, yet they have failed to update the name of their location to remove the "with Drive-Thru ATM" from its name. Decreased rating from 3 to 1 stars until the page is updated.
