Bank of America is a very good bank, but they should select their tellers better. Today I was there to cash a check, and a very distracted teller did everything wrong, wasting my time, and on top of everything, she was rude and i was very disappointed and don't interest to go back.

There is a huge lady who opened me a savings account instead of solving my banking problem. I recommend talking to another guy.
Went to make my payment and NoOne was working to do it All were in their cubicle one comes out asks what I need tell them I want to make payment and need a receipt she takes it places on counter by computer and goes back in cubicle so I go to where she left it and say to her is no one working she says no This is the worst Bank awful!!
This bank and the staff are really likeable and give a nice welcome everytime you go inside and I learned alot as well here about banking.
