Trevor Brooks and Clara are two of the most capable, efficient, Bank of America employees I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. We have been BofA customers for more than 20 years. They have skillfully and compassionately helped us navigate many complicated family banking issues. All the employees at this branch work together to create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment for all customers.
Trevor Brooks is amazing and incredibly efficient. I live in Boston and sometimes commute to Beverly just so I can work with him. He knows how to get stuff done and get it done quickly!
Trevor at this branch is absolutely fantastic! He is smart helpful and knowledgeable about everything to do with banking transactions! I will definitely be coming back to this branch of Bank of America and seeing Trevor for my banking needs ! I Reccomend family and friends to come here as well
The BofA on Cabot st in Beverly is a really amazing branch- definitely my favorite. The people who work there are always kind, and go out of their way to be helpful. Most recently, Susan, who was so patient and helpful. She went out her way to teach me how to better work on my credit score, among others things. At bigger banks and other branch locations, can be impatient and impersonal. I never get that feeling with this branch.
