Went to make my payment and NoOne was working to do it All were in their cubicle one comes out asks what I need tell them I want to make payment and need a receipt she takes it places on counter by computer and goes back in cubicle so I go to where she left it and say to her is no one working she says no This is the worst Bank awful!!
This bank and the staff are really likeable and give a nice welcome everytime you go inside and I learned alot as well here about banking.
I had great service from Trevor today. He was very kind, helpful, and professional while assisting me with creating new accounts and applying for a credit card. He clearly explained its benefits and gave useful tips. I would definitely make an appointment with him again.
The Beverly Massachusetts, Cabot St. Bank of America, location has by far been the best a king experience I have had. I recently had to go Into the branch and instead of feeling anxiety and dread- as I have many time prior, with other banks and branches. Trevor Brooks is an exceptional employee and resource for this branch. He has helped us many times when we needed support for elderly parents and treated them with patience and compassion. He is remarkably efficient at navigating the complex BofA policies and programs and making sure the customers understand.
