Bank ATM stole my EBT card
Had bad experience as if they purposely want you to close your account! I was the only customer there. Had to make an appointment to access my Safe Deposit Box. The manager kept me waiting behind the bank door for 5 min even though he saw me. The female staff claimed non of their 2 printers worked! and all of a sudden they magically worked wasting another half an hour of my time.
This particular Bank of America has a female employee that really likes to waste your time, I will choose a different Bank of America to deposit my checks just to avoid her. And the manager seems to support the waste of time. No other Bank of America has done this to me, I deposit the same checks every month. Save your self the time and pick a different location.
Todd was helping and efficient! Could use more hand sanitizer bottles for customers.
