Joey Clemons, was part of the staff at Bank of America located in West Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, that helped me today. He resolved the issue that I was having with my debit card since January 2005 and it could not be resolved by any of the other staff members. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He recognized the issue as soon as I shared the problem with him. I am very pleased with the service he provided for me. I would highly recommend him.

I have seen many people at BofA over the years and Joey Clemons is the only one I have dealt with that has taken the time to make sure that I am taken care of and always gets the tasks I need resolved in a timely manner.
