Do not use ATM machines outside the bank. Seems like some thieves have installed a card reader. I deposited in the outside ATM, and a week later someone tried to withdraw from same location.
I’ll give it 1 star because it doesn’t allow me to give a -0, the Lady that was helping was so arrogant and ignorant, all i wanted to do was to update my info and she was willing to close down my account and give me all the money in cash but not to update the info, i have been with this bank for over 15 years and today i’m looking for another bank thanks to the poor costumer service they have in this place
I became a victim of fraudsters. I was sent a check from (as it turned out later) an account that was closed and had no funds. bofa accepted the check, and only a week later they notified me that the check was not legit and that now I am obliged to pay off the debt with MY money. I contacted the police with a statement, there is a case now, there is the full name of the owner of the closed account from which I was issued an illegitimate check, and nevertheless the bank requests these funds from ME! Dealing with this bank over 60 years and still get lousy service or non at all. Push one push 4 etc. Go to the web. Give me a break. Patron is over 90 years old can't use computers or (SMART) phones. Intrest rates bite and no service at all, but you can go to the bank, without transportation. Why do we get the run around? Maybe close the accounts. No service no money.
