Worst boa I have ever been to. Non existent customer service. Closing my accounts asap. You should too.
Horrible customer service! Stopped by to deposit money in my son’s account and was told they are not able to do that as I’m not on his account. This was the ONLY explanation I was given. Bank of America doesn’t accept cash deposits I could write a check and deposit that…. Hmmmm Teller was NOT helpful or friendly. FYI they no longer have a drive through teller either. You have to go around the block and go in. Do not recommend this bank at all! I will be advising my son to change banks.
The Bank Manager here Taylon is a class act straight talking type of guy . There is a great atmosphere and welcoming staff here .
This Bank has the friendliest staff. They are always on the ball and take care of you right away. Amazing Service
