After a year...still not open. Large gatherings are ok, but BOA is focused on profit, not customer service to those of us paying their wages.

Met with the relationship manager. Half way through I realized I forgot my ID. Told her I would be back in 10 minutes. Got back here as fast as I could to find out she was taking a break and I had to wait 10 minutes. This is not how you should operate. If you cant wait until I get back to take a break, then let me know to come back in 20 minutes! Awful customer service!
