This location is a joke. Don’t get me wrong—I feel that the Bank of America employees here are very professional. The problem is not the people who work at this branch; the problem is Bank of America’s corporate office. They closed the branch at Rising Sun Avenue and Cottman Avenue, which had a drive-thru and its own parking lot, and moved operations to this location where it is difficult to find parking. Every time I come into the branch. You have 4 or more staff in the building. Only 1 teller every single time. The other employees are just talking to each other or walking around with coffee doing nothing. Absolutely horrible service
