I wish I could post zero star .. this is the e worst bank in Philadelphia .. the Spanish girl in the front is so rude... just because their costumer service is terrible bad ... what waste of time
ATMs often fail to accept cash deposits
I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I always have a good experience when I come to this branch. The manager is always so helpful and nice and tries her best to help me with what I need!
Terrible customer service manager cannot acknowledge how to greet to customer . It unbelieve how disgraceful for Bank of America Banch is represents Especially the fact that I’ve been banking over 10 years.
This bank is busy, but the employees are very helpful. If there is a long line/wait for a teller, they will walk you through how to use the bank app for certain transactions. If you do not speak english, instead of moving on to the next person, they have a phone you can utilize that connects you to a translator so they can figure out how to help you.
