I had to come to the BOA branch on HardScrabble Rd for several transactions and to have some a document notarized. Jane Barfell came to my resue!!! I’ve been with Bank of America for over 30 years. I must truly say that they have definitely lowered their standards and makes banking experiences one of the worst ones ever. They either open late, have no tellers available, or the ATM machines are not working. They obviously don’t value in person customer service anymore but when you go to the ATM machine to try to complete transactions, they don’t work and that is why I moved most of my money from my accounts to other banking institutions and only keep day-to-day operation... read more
Sales lady Jane was outstanding with helping me with my issues. She was very kind and knowledgeable and most importantly she was patient with me. I really appreciate her for that. A plus with her services plus skills.
