I was assisted by Jan at Bank of America and to my surprise no other bank have helped me thus far to get this fraudulent situation under control until I met Jan I am so thankful that she is doing a great job for Bank of America

The hours to this location is awful and the staff is rude
10 to 4 that's insane and some of us work 8 to 6 and trying to come into the bank with long line with only one teller doesn't work for me. My wife and I have been loyal customers for over 25 years and when we have joined with y'all, y'all had 2 tellers for outside drive Thur and 2 to 3 tellers for the inside the bank and now no more drive thru and only one teller inside.
