Worse BofA location. They made a $2700 error in my deposit, shorting me that amount. I caught the mistake and my husband called right away. He was given the run around and told a Mgr would call back. He never got a call. I called and spoke with a Mr. Sadiku who was rude and told me to "calm down". Was I a "Karen"? You bet your behind I was!! Teller #760 had lost $2700 of our money. Ken Berg was very nice & helpful, as well as professional. However, corporate BofA is not doing a thorough job of relaying information to their employees/bankers. After being told that my auto loan application was approved and complete - I called corporate to get my next steps as I’m purchasing from a private seller and turns out they DO NOT do loans from private sellers. Very disappointed as now I have to start the process over else where.
