I went to the bank regarding one of my accounts. I was greeted by a bank representative as soon as had I waited in line. Everything that I needed was handled appropriately. I have always enjoyed going to this particular location for any banking needs that I may have.
So glad I have a business account and have to wait when regular customers use the business line and waste my time. Why have a business clients line if everyone can use it? This bank is such a joke.
Worse BofA location. They made a $2700 error in my deposit, shorting me that amount. I caught the mistake and my husband called right away. He was given the run around and told a Mgr would call back. He never got a call. I called and spoke with a Mr. Sadiku who was rude and told me to "calm down". Was I a "Karen"? You bet your behind I was!! Teller #760 had lost $2700 of our money.
