I was in a car full of family members, kids included. I wanted to deposit my paycheck quickly, but the drive thru window was boarded up?? It was very inconvenient to go left over and over, while circling the busy streets around this bank. I finally pull back in, and ask everybody in the car to wait for me while I walk inside the bank!!! Why?? Why is the convenient and modern drive thru closed?? Hilda was so wonderful, she's walked me through everything, was extremely helpful, so patient and so sweet!! She has went above and beyond for me, which I appreciate.
