Yes, I was scammed and deceived by your two I female bank staff who I thought were, did I lose $319 from the bank I went to get help, and it was done in a planned manner by two staff working in the bank and then they ignored me, I had forgotten my mobile banking password for about six months and I couldn't log in when I went there to get help from the bank, they logged me into the account of another bank of America member on my phone and I wasn't aware of it, they set up another person's account on my phone, they logged in a... read more

I went into the Bank of America branch on the corner of Gervais St and Sumter St today, and Richal Patel was outstanding! They were very busy but Richal did a great job communicating that to me, and her helpful/positive attitude made it worth the (short) wait. Thank you!

We have a few business accounts with BOA and we will be reconsidering that. Out of all of the banks we visit this has to be the absolute worst location. Which is surprising since it’s located in the heart of Downtown Columbia surround by businesses and even students. The wait times here are astronomical (I’m talking 30 min is fast for them).
