Today I used this location 1301 downtown Columbia . Rachael the lady at front whom I spoke to was rude from started looked me up and down like I was out of place. I asked about cashing a check she told me to just sit and wait she would get back to me. Customer was sitting before me she helped him. Yes, I was scammed and deceived by your two I female bank staff who I thought were, did I lose $319 from the bank I went to get help, and it was done in a planned manner by two staff working in the bank and then they ignored me, I had forgotten my mobile banking password for about six months and I couldn't log in when I went there to get help from the bank, they logged me into the account of another bank of America member on my phone and I wasn't aware of it, they set up another person's account on my phone, they logged in a... read more
