The employees try to help but there is never not a huge line and there’s never enough tellers. The hey try to push you to use online but there’s a reason everyone is there in person! Duh! Wish they had another teller on at all times instead of an usher pushing you to use an app lol
I couldn't tell you what's worse. Their lack of customer service the unprofessionalism of their employees. Or them ciphering money from customer accounts. I had money in my account to cover a purchase they took this money out of my account and placed it on hold. When the hold was released because the transaction was canceled the money never went back to my account. I called for 5 days and went to their location and they simply refused to help discover where that money went because it sure wasn't my account they couldn't show... read more
Your bank statements are the best for online loan approval, we got the pdf from proofofstatementcom and it was a very good experience
I stopped by there while passing by because I had a small job. Since I didn't have an appointment, they told me that I had to wait 15 minutes and they would call me to do the process. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes and they didn't do the process. I love Bank of America but I'm going to close my account because of these employees. I don't think they do the processes properly.
