So lame! I went there to get a new debit card and they not only charged me $15 for a rush order (never asked for that!) and didn’t include the unit number so I don’t even have it! So lame!
The worst banking experience I have ever had. I had taken my 82 year old mother to the H Street, NE BOA to complete a very important transaction, only to be informed that the banking manager was NOT available, so therefore my mother would NOT be issued her monies!!! I would then report this BOA location to the BBB!! All of the tellers should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for such an egregious customer service!! SMH!!!
