The worst banking experience I have ever had. I had taken my 82 year old mother to the H Street, NE BOA to complete a very important transaction, only to be informed that the banking manager was NOT available, so therefore my mother would NOT be issued her monies!!! I would then report this BOA location to the BBB!! All of the tellers should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for such an egregious customer service!! SMH!!!

I have been with Bank of America for 19 years with no issue until this specific branch is the worst I've ever experienced. I had to visit the bank to request a temporary card because I lost my cards and my driver's license. I tried to prove my identity with my temporary driver's license paper, and my bank account number and etc, but they wanted more from me. They asked me to show my previous state's driver's license. I have been to this location twice for different processes and they messed up both times. The customer service was not able to offer me any real solutions for the mistakes they made and now I have to deal with the consequences. I do not recommend that you visit this location. Save yourself some time and go to a different Bank of America financial center.
