Best BofA branch! Many thanks to Financial professional Ms. Greens and Manager Michael. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patience. This branch definitely deserves a higher stars rating than the current one. Out of multiple BofA branches I’ve visited in different states, this one had the most friendly service and delightful atmosphere. I really appreciate the help from Ms. Greens and Manager Michael.Â

Terrible service! the manager asked me to wait 15-20 because the teller wasn’t there. The manager didn’t have other customers, so there is no excuse not serve customer and process a simple transactionÂ
I needed to get a document notarized in a short window of time. I was able to easily make an appointment online. The entire staff was very kind when I arrived and Olubunmi did a great job helping me.Â
