I don’t keep money in this account bc it’s not my primary bank. Went in today to get change for some smaller bills & was assisted by the teller Elizabeth-she was not friendly at all.
Although the staff is friendly the bank needs to do a better job of staffing 1 or 2 tellers when there's 10 people in line isn't good. Also yes there is a drive through whoever it's not being used apparently it was closed due to fraud or something which is what the tellers said.
I want to personally thank Bank teller Ava as she processed and did as I had asked. She was exceptional in taking care of us. Above and beyond. Very professional and patient. Thank you Ava
We had a laundry list of banking tasks with a recent move to the area in addition to moving money for a real estate purchase. We spoke with manager, Ava over the phone and made an appointment with her at this branch. She was awesome from start to finish, very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience!
