Nicole Reese the market center financial manager, is to be applauded for going above and beyond in customer support resolutions. Not only did she contact the relevant operational area; she went through the unresolved issue history with them. And on my return to the bank a week later, she took the time-out to contact the area again; and I was offered a solution and advised of systematic refresh pending.
