This branch really stepped up when I had a specific issue. I was on vacation in DC and needed to set up a business checking account in short order. Lígia was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and troubleshot me through the setup process in spite of our fairly unique organizational structure. I hadn’t banked at BofA in quite a while but am very happy I chose to come back.

Our banker, Ligia, was incredibly patient and attentive. I was assisting three people from my office with opening their bank accounts for the first time, and Ligia remained thoroughly informative and patient with all three of them. I hope she knows how much we appreciated her!

I’m a regular Bank of America customer. After leaving the ATM the customer service worker ( a white man) standing at the entrance wouldn’t allow me to use their bathroom. Such low customer service considering that I’ve been loyal to this bank for over 20 years. Very disappointing. I’ll be sure to write your corporate office.
