Ridiculous. Nasty tellers, rude and unhelpful bankers. Take your business elsewhere. I certainly will after suffering the incompetence at this branch.

Eventually things get done. But it’s just slower than any other branch I’ve been to.
The receptionist was very kind, but the banker who was trying to exchange my Korean won to dollars took a long time and he told me he could not do it since I had just opened the bank account. I do not understand why especially when another banker just opened my bank account and took me to that banker to exchange the currency and deposit the money. Lastly, I opened a savings and checking account on August 14th. The banker told me my checking account would be opened tomorrow which was yesterday, but it is still not opened yet.
