All of the employees I interacted with were very helpful. As this was my first time making a bank account and credit card, I was a bit slower with moving through the process, but everyone was patient and explained things to me excellently. Mrs. Patange in particular spent over an hour assisting me through that process and was patient and helpful the entire time.

Been a customer with this branch since many years ago. Used to meet with nice bank managers but the one in charge now is very different than the others from years back. I feel very much condescended from the way she talked.
