I want to close all my accounts with boa because of what I experienced with one of the bank tellers today. I was told by this lady I can't cash nor deposit a check from my husband because it's more than $100. Thanks boa for treating me this way for being a customer for more than 10 years.

I’ve been banking at this BoA location 10 years now and the service has always been smooth, enjoyable and professional. Genuinely helpful, friendly and patient Staff - whether I’m gettin cashiers checks, wire transfers or resolving small issues. Special shoutout to Manager Rashmi- she goes above and beyond every time. All of the employees I interacted with were very helpful. As this was my first time making a bank account and credit card, I was a bit slower with moving through the process, but everyone was patient and explained things to me excellently. Mrs. Patange in particular spent over an hour assisting me through that process and was patient and helpful the entire time.
