This Bank of America used to opened half a day on Saturday, now they closed entirely weekend . They also had stopped using the drive-thru years ago. They should offer more in person service hours. Many of customers need to do some transactions on Saturday because they're busy during the weekday.

This bank sucks. There’s one teller and two bankers standing around doing nothing but yapping while there’s a line.
I want to close all my accounts with boa because of what I experienced with one of the bank tellers today. I was told by this lady I can't cash nor deposit a check from my husband because it's more than $100. Thanks boa for treating me this way for being a customer for more than 10 years.
