I had a wonderful experience with Julia at the bank. From the moment I approached her, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to patiently answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood the process I was going through
They are awesome. Always attentive never any issues very patient. I love this location.
Called twice Friday am and left on hold over 30 minutes twice. They don’t care.
I'm only giving 1 star to be able to write this review otherwise I would give nothing. My daughter and I have been bank of america customers for years. I have been for almost 15 years and my daughter since she was 16 and is now 24. We went in to try and get her a secured credit card so that she can start to build her credit. The representative that was assisting us was HORRIBLE!! First they had to go find her then when they did find her we told her why we were there and she offered no information as far as what my daughter's... read more
