The worst managed bank I have ever seen. They are now open for 6 hours a day, and more than half the time I go there you cannot even do something as simple as make change because they have no teller working. Management is horrible here for allowing the staffing to become what it has.Â
Never open. What a waste of space. Let an interesting locally owned business come in.Â
Ian was fantastic in helping me withdrawal funds in a fast pinch. He was professional, friendly and deserves to be recognized for his outstanding service!Â
What a terrible branch! I’ve been with BofA since 97 and this by far has been the worst. Several times with no person to handle money (what good are you as a bank if you can’t handle money). The orangey red head haired lady that works here is terrible, rude and acted as if it is bothering her to get change. She was eating her food while conducting banking business just gross.Â
