This is the slowest bank in history. The oldest teller SHOULD NOT be working at the teller window for the customers who comes inside to see the teller. She is very slow. Put her at the greeting desk. There are only 3 staff working. We don't need greaters we need assistance. Two customers who have been customers here for over 20 years have told me that they are thinking of leaving because of poor customer service and a lack of staff. Do better BOA!
