This bank needs hired security any time they’re open. Every time I go here there’s homeless people begging and screaming at you in the parking lot for money. 2nd or 3rd time this month. I drive 30min to get here and don’t like being threatened while leaving a bank with large amounts of money.
Everyone was so friendly and kind.
This bank stay busy and Juan and crew are the best. They always seem to not have enough people but I can’t be mad at the workers. I work at Walmart and it be like that over here too. Juan and his team are always friendly and can always answer my Mamas questions and are so patient with her. They always do their best here to move us through the long lines. I even see people pop off all the time about the long lines but Juan always handles it with professional. Better man than me for sure.
Excelente servicio y atención al cliente de primera todos son super atentos incluso al teléfono si no habla inglés te consiguen un traductor al instante ( unos minutos!) pero está de lujo
Consistently a very poor experience. The teller today decided to read my social security number out loud in front of other customers. I highly advise banking elsewhere.
