Horrible place I hate my company switched to BOA they close at 4, the drive-thru is permanently closed and only one lane in the inside where you will not be greeted at all or shown any kind of customer service. I would never open a personal account here and I'm going to have to drive further to see if other BOA locations are any better. If you are going to inconvenience your customers in every way at least have someone working who doesn't seem like they would rather be anywhere else.
Easy and comfortable location
I’ve been banking here for over twenty years and whenever I’ve had the need to go in to the bank for anything that I couldn’t just do online or through the app, I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. I’ve always received excellent customer service and been treated like a VIP.
I have always received great service at the Trenholm Road branch of BOA. I do wish the bank still offered drive thru service but I understand why it changed the availability.
I have experience working with one of the personal banker's at this location in a professional setting. She clearly has a heart for people, and does a great job educating others regarding finances. If you're looking for someone who cares deeply about her work, consider working with this bank.
