Came here to open an account and 5 days later it is still not open. I was told I had singed everything and now I'm being asked to drive to this specific bank to sign papers I was told were already signed. They do not answer the phone at this branch and they obviously don't care about the consumer as no attempts have been made to rectify this situation. I am not driving 1hr and 30 mins one way. They just kept my check. Ps they don't answer the phone and the number they left on my voicemail to call back does not answer
Yoselyn needs some help with her customers' service skills. Horrible people skills. Doesn't pay attention nor ask follow-up questions. Considering there are new changes of no longer having deposit slips. Just be and do better. Never have problems here besides when I'm being attended by this person.
I have been trying to get ahold of this branch for an hour with no luck. Tried to call customer service and still cant get ahold of a human. Terrible experience.
