Rude, ignorant super low customer service. Just moved to the area good to know where not to go again. Waited 10 min to be helped and they were not busy at all, the spanish girl (teller) is super rude, instead of offering apology for the delay repeats twice “I said we will be with you”. The other teller not better, doesn’t know how to greet a customer, didn’t even ask if I need anything else. Thumb down to this branch, how did you guys got hired in such a nice area like Woodland Hills?
UGH!!! 🤬 Super slow tellers, usually only one window open, long/slow lines because of that, I notice this is pretty much the case at all the banks near this one... bottom line, not enough tellers!!!!! I need a new bank!🤑
