I've been a longtime BOA customer. I was originally with USTrust-> bought by BankBoston-> bought by Fleet and then-> bought by BOA. I've had both personal and business accounts with BOA for a long time. I was recently at this branch to open a new Business Checking acct. I met with Anahita. She was very patient and explained everything clearly and with a very positive and helpful attitude. The experience was excellent and I'm glad to once again be a BOA business client.
