This place is very empty. Seem like there is only 1 person working there and she/ he can only help with basic transactions. Why having such a nice big space when no one really working there to help customers?
When I lost my mom on 02/12/2025 I was sent a letter informing me that she had a safe deposit box at this location. The letter instructed me to make an appointment and that if I didn’t have keys, the safe deposit box would be drilled open. I live in North Carolina, so I bought a flight, hotel, rented a car and got a dog sitter to come. I made the appointment months ago and when I called yesterday I was told there was no locksmith available to drill the box open, despite me having all necessary paperwork.
