Had an telephone appointment to discuss opening an account but no called. When I phoned the Capitol Hill location (several times) to follow up I got an automated message that everyone is busy serving another customer. Really? Can't get a human on the phone - horrible service!
I had the pleasure working with Mr.Damienat Bank of America, at a time of grieving and he took every effort to comfort and watch that I did all in the necessary steps to complete the information. I needed and I destroyed it moment. I was in at the time. Excellent guy, d*** i*, Mr. Damian. See if he came out right. Okay, change this one.
Attempted to cash a check from my job that was ISSUED BY BANK OF AMERICA and was not able. Just had my time wasted. I then needed another card for the remaining balance to go in because of the amount of the check. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS AND I WILL NOT BE GETTING AN ACCOUNT l.
Been with Bank of America for a minute . Had some issues with swapping my address on the app so I decide to stop by one of the Branches. The employees are friendly and respectful. Received excellent customer service from Nevaeh. She was very helpful and fixed an issue I been trying to resolve for months now. I highly recommend Nevaeh . 10Star .
