Hello! Came to drop off a couple of checks and was immediately checked on by staff. It didn't take very long but Samuel the teller was absolutely wonderful. He was kind and asked questions about the upcoming holidays but was also extremely efficient with tasks. I want to thank him for his warm demeanor and deserves a huge shout out for his customer service. Thank you!
The worst. Closed earlier than official 5 pm, pretended to not see me knocking until 5:00 sharp, and the manager came out and very rudely signaled they were closed. Never coming back to this branch again.
