I had the pleasure working with Mr.Damienat Bank of America, at a time of grieving and he took every effort to comfort and watch that I did all in the necessary steps to complete the information. Attempted to cash a check from my job that was ISSUED BY BANK OF AMERICA and was not able. Just had my time wasted. I then needed another card for the remaining balance to go in because of the amount of the check. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS AND I WILL NOT BE GETTING AN ACCOUNT l.
Been with Bank of America for a minute . Had some issues with swapping my address on the app so I decide to stop by one of the Branches. The employees are friendly and respectful. Received excellent customer service from Nevaeh. She was very helpful and fixed an issue I been trying to resolve for months now. I highly recommend Nevaeh . 10Star .

Hello! Came to drop off a couple of checks and was immediately checked on by staff. It didn't take very long but Samuel the teller was absolutely wonderful. He was kind and asked questions about the upcoming holidays but was also extremely efficient with tasks. I want to thank him for his warm demeanor and deserves a huge shout out for his customer service. Thank you!
