Absolute nightmare of a branch. Don’t waste your time going here. Very incompetent staff when they actually have staff in there. Been going here for years and never have a pleasant or helpful experience.
This BofA location is always understaffed. I needed to do a wire transfer and was the first person in line. I was asked to have a seat since another banker would need to help me. I sat down and the manager tells me that the teller that can help me needs to be at the front because there is a long line. These people were behind me. She said after the line shortens they can help me. Avoid this location. It’s unfortunate that this bank is understaffed so considering it’s closest to where I live.
No service, poor attitude, left me waiting for an hour in the office
