I wasted a lot of time because the staff was unqualified. There were no consultants, I waited in a very long line, it turned out that for some invented reasons they could not serve me.

Understaffed beyond belief. Only one banker on hand causing waits to be hours long, despite the 8 cubicles. Never had an issue with the tellers.
Went int to deposit coin rolls. Waited my turn went up to the tellers, there were 2 in one booth for some reason. Tell the I want to deposit coin rolls, they say they don't do that. I tell them the official website says different. Now they tell me they only accept 2 rolls unless I have a business account, I tell them that's not stated on the website. They say too bad. I had almost $200 in coin could only deposit like a 10th of that, 2 quarter rolls. Terrible service.
