Extremely disappointed with my experience at this branch. I came in to withdraw $1,200 from my account and was met by a teller named Janet who was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful from the start. Instead of trying to assist me, I was treated with a level of disrespect that honestly caught me off guard for a bank of this size. I ended up leaving without even being able to withdraw my own money — which is the bare minimum I'd expect from any bank visit.
