Arrived 10 mins before close - I get it’s nearing closing time but the teller told me nobody would help me at this time to get a new ATM card and I need to set an appt for the next day.
I became a victim of fraudsters. I was sent a check from (as it turned out later) an account that was closed and had no funds. bofa accepted the check, and only a week later they notified me that the check was not legit and that now I am obliged to pay off the debt with MY money. I contacted the police with a statement, there is a case now, there is the full name of the owner of the closed account from which I was issued an illegitimate check, and nevertheless the bank requests these funds from ME! Useless tellers wouldn’t cash a business check. Manager Cynthia was so rude and unwilling to help also. Terrible attitudes all around close this branch! Was able to cash check just fine at the atm so thanks a lot for wasting your business clients’ time.

Very rude teller, he was an Hispanic guy with glasses. If you don’t like your job maybe look for a different one but don’t take it on the costumers!! Hope the management does something about this since I read other reviews with other costumers having similar experiences at this location
