Don't get the negative reviews, always a good experience here including some complicated business transactions. Appreciate the fact they have stayed open when the neighborhood is going through such difficulties.Â
You cannot use the atm when the bank is closed. The door won’t open when you swipe or tap your card.Â
Good luck trying to get inside. ATM card doesn’t open door and no one to be found anywhere.Â
Went today to try to deposit a check written out to myself and my roommate. Last year we did the same thing but at another bank of America location. We were waiting in line for the teller but she was busy with someone, a man came out to ask us if we needed help and we explained what we came for. Perhaps we used the wrong terminology at first, as I said I wanted my roommate to sign over the check to me since I was the one with a B of A account and it'd just be easier that way.
