Went today to try to deposit a check written out to myself and my roommate. Last year we did the same thing but at another bank of America location. We were waiting in line for the teller but she was busy with someone, a man came out to ask us if we needed help and we explained what we came for. Perhaps we used the wrong terminology at first, as I said I wanted my roommate to sign over the check to me since I was the one with a B of A account and it'd just be easier that way. Was told it would be 40 mins just to get some 1’s and quarters… avoid the frustration and choose a different branch.
I’ve only had very pleasant and very helpful experiences here at this location. I read all the bad reviews and I was astonished because I’ve never had one bad experience there. They’ve always gone out of their way to be helpful and get things done for me.
