Stood in line a crazy amount of time and they always only have one teller. People left cursing and upset and they don't care, this last time, so I had the time in line to write this review. If you have a crazy amount of time to stand in a long lines for 30-40 mins, this is your bank.
Cesar, Mili, and Jaelyn are truly outstanding. They were professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. I had previously visited another branch on La Brea and Rosewood, where the employees were quite rude. They made an error on my account and then blamed me for it, which was very disappointing. However, when I came to this branch, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. My issue was resolved within just 10 minutes. I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service here

Im new to the united states so ordering card and managing money as young college student is hard. First I lost my card so i went and ordered new card and changed my address right away. After 2 weeks my card came this morning. For some reason the last digets on my new card and the card in my BOFA card doesng match. I went to this location the first time so I went there again.
