5 star mainly because Devon is fantastic. Super warm and friendly guy Who provided excellent service! I came in because I had to verify my identity and we ended up waiting a bit on the phone (to get in touch with other BOFA staff members) but good conversation always makes the time go by quicker!
Negative 5 stars would be my preferred rating. Went to the Bank in person because I wanted to CASH a check. I have a small account with them because many of my clients use this bank and it’s just easier when I need cash in hand. Told the teller clearly that I wanted to CASH the check. He looked at me and asked if there was anything else I needed. Yes, I said -the CASH please. His response: “Oh, I deposited it”. Stood in line a crazy amount of time and they always only have one teller. People left cursing and upset and they don't care, this last time, so I had the time in line to write this review. If you have a crazy amount of time to stand in a long lines for 30-40 mins, this is your bank.
Cesar, Mili, and Jaelyn are truly outstanding. They were professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. I had previously visited another branch on La Brea and Rosewood, where the employees were quite rude. They made an error on my account and then blamed me for it, which was very disappointing. However, when I came to this branch, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. My issue was resolved within just 10 minutes. I genuinely appreciate the excellent customer service here
