Absolutely horrible experience with the Bank of America Lloyd Center branch. I had a cashier’s check I was simply trying to verify, and from noon until 5 p.m. I could not get anyone — including the branch manager — to answer the phone or return calls. I contacted multiple other Bank of America branches, and every single one said the same thing: only the issuing branch could verify the check. I am 100% honest when I say if you call for assistance on the phone you will spend hours waiting for someone to pick up if they ever do, I actually spent 4 and 1/2 hours on automated hold this week and never received anyone and when I went into the office to ask to close my account they told me I have to wait a week for an appointment to close my accounts. I no longer trust my money with this bank at all especially what we know with the government overreach in banking

The manager was so rude to us. We feel very dispointed at their service. They continue to cut the working hr. The officer was off Friday early afternoon. So we had to come back Saturday. Their office hr in Sat. is supposed to be 10-2pm. But they were closed when we walked in around 1:40 pm. We feel so sad since we drove 45 min to this office. And the manager talked in a way very rude and she was not respecful at all. Being a loyal client in past 40 years, we felt so disappointed about their service. We are looking for a bank... read more
