If they suspect your visa card is being used by someone else, you have to go to the branch to get it cleared up. No one in their fraud department can help you on the phone. After posting this they are now asking me to reach out to their social media team. Give me a break - your social media team is not empowered to do anything that would correct the situation I mentioned. Poor mgmt rude mgr and brian garbe closed business marked line w a line up marked line when i was in line. Mgr is ego centric and not caring about customers. No name badge doesn’t look like he’s an employee there. Very un banker professional like.
I had a fine experience here. There was no wait, and the people there were very helpful and knowledgeable.
