Poor mgmt rude mgr and brian garbe closed business marked line w a line up marked line when i was in line. Mgr is ego centric and not caring about customers. No name badge doesn’t look like he’s an employee there. Very un banker professional like.
I had a fine experience here. There was no wait, and the people there were very helpful and knowledgeable.
There is a big problem with the management in this branch. The manger has an ego never seen before and he is unable to address clients needs. I have been there twice and he is unable to help me in a professional manner. I think he has an issue with me despite the fact he is also black. I gave them a benefit of doubt by visiting them today but the same reaction as last time. I closed my check in account some time ago because of their treatment.
