I hate to say it, but I have to agree with a lot of comments on here that other people have posted. Really poor customer service; you could have four or five people standing behind you( or more ) and nobody will come help the lone teller while they're either behind the bank window or sitting at the desks with nothing to do. I was in customer service also for many years-we always made sure to help our fellow employees and take care of the customers.
2 tellers, 1 person in front, waiting 10+ minutes just to get cash.. no apology, as if it should be this way. Bad customer service folks
Never more than 2 tellers here and they don’t prioritize the customers. They’ll take breaks when there is a line of 4+ people. Breaks are important, no doubt. But it’s okay to take a later break. I’ve been in customer service for 15+ years and I was always taught to take good care of your customers. This branch does not.
