Not a customer of theirs. Cashed a check from a client of theirs. One of the bills given by the bank was verified fraudulent by my bank. Called BoA, they said they can't prove it's theirs and refused to replace it. Filing a complaint with the SEC.Â

I visited the location he was working at during the weekend, feeling dejected about a billing issue with a subscription I’d been trying to cancel for a long time, and I also wanted to change my account type to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. I hate to say it, but I have to agree with a lot of comments on here that other people have posted. Really poor customer service; you could have four or five people standing behind you( or more ) and nobody will come help the lone teller while they're either behind the bank window or sitting at the desks with nothing to do. I was in customer service also for many years-we always made sure to help our fellow employees and take care of the customers.Â
2 tellers, 1 person in front, waiting 10+ minutes just to get cash.. no apology, as if it should be this way. Bad customer service folksÂ
